How long does a grooming appointment take?

Most grooms take between 60–90 minutes depending on your dog’s coat and temperament.

Can I stay during the appointment?

We usually recommend drop-off and pickup to help dogs settle more quickly, but we’re happy to talk through options for nervous pets.

What if my dog is aggressive?

We work with nervous and shy dogs but do not accept reactive or aggressive behaviour. Please contact us to discuss your dog’s suitability.

Do you groom large breeds or double coats?

We can accommodate many coat types, but some large or very thick-coated breeds may require additional time or a tailored approach. Contact us to discuss.
